[—]SANTO DOMINGO. Two men, including a minor, were arrested on Wednesday by the National Police on charges of killing Turkish citizen Alper Baycin, 24, to steal a backpack containing a cell phone, the entity said. The crime occurred in the Las Terrenas community of Saman\u00e1. The foreigner was shot to death.[—]<\/p>\n

One of the arrested was identified as Nelson Rodr\u00edguez Almonte<\/strong> (a) El Chivo<\/strong>, 20 years old, resident in the community of El Lim\u00f3n, Saman\u00e1. The name of the other accused is omitted for legal reasons, because he is 15 years old.<\/p>\n
