Las autoridades indias han solicitado que permanezca ah\u00ed mientras ambos pa\u00edses\u00a0se coordinan\u00a0para buscar una soluci\u00f3n que\u00a0<strong>garantice los derechos<\/strong>\u00a0de la menor.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el director general de la\u00a0Autoridad Central de Recursos de Adopci\u00f3n en la India (CARA), Deepak Kumar, explic\u00f3 que \u00ablos padres afirmaron que<strong>\u00a0fueron enga\u00f1ados<\/strong>\u00a0respecto a la edad real de la ni\u00f1a\u00bb, destacando que \u00abse impuls\u00f3 el proceso de adopci\u00f3n de la menor dando\u00a0<strong>una informaci\u00f3n err\u00f3nea<\/strong>\u00ab.[&#8212;]<\/p>\n<p>El propio Kumar\u00a0indic\u00f3\u00a0que\u00a0el proceso depende de\u00a0la elecci\u00f3n de la menor sobre\u00a0si desea regresar a
