INGREDIENTES<\/strong><\/p>\n

500 gr. de carne picada
\n1 cebolla
\n1 taza salsa de tomate
\n4 cdas. de harina
\n2 dientes de ajo
\n1 taza leche
\n2 huevos
\n1 cda. de piment\u00f3n
\n1 cda. de or\u00e9gano seco
\n1 taza de queso mozarella rallado<\/p>\n

Mezclar en un bowl, los huevos, la leche y la harina. Hacer las crepes en una sart\u00e9n caliente aceitada.<\/p>\n

Picar la cebolla y el ajo. Saltearlos y agregar la carne picada, el piment\u00f3n, el or\u00e9gano y una vez cocida agregar la salsa de tomate y cocinar por 5 minutos.<\/p>\n
