Ver\u00f3n-Punta Cana, objetaron hoy la sentencia del Tribunal Constitucional (TC) que rechaza el derecho de Ver\u00f3n Punta Cana en crear una \u201cOficina de Planeamiento Urbano\u201d como manda la Ley numero 6232-63 para las municipalidades.<\/p>\n<p>Rafael Santos, asesor jur\u00eddico de FEDODIM, explic\u00f3 que el TC desconoce el derecho que tiene el distrito municipal de Ver\u00f3n-Punta Cana a crear una Oficina de Planeamiento Urbano para las municipalidades con m\u00e1s de 50,000 habitantes.<\/p>\n<p>Dijo que la sentencia tambi\u00e9n le ordena a esa demarcaci\u00f3n a sujetar sus acciones normativas en materia de uso de suelo al Consejo de Regidores del Municipio de Hig\u00fcey en violaci\u00f3n al art\u00edculo 200 de la Constituci\u00f3n del 2010.<\/p>\n<p>En rueda de prensa Santos dijo que con esta sentencia el Tribunal Constitucional se estanca\u00a0 y se descalifica porque trata de validar instrumentos jur\u00eddicos que fueron derogados por las disposiciones constitucionales.<\/p>\n<p>El tambi\u00e9n director de litigios de FEDODIM, advirti\u00f3 que la \u00fanica salida a esta contra reforma que violenta la Constituci\u00f3n es proceder como lo manda el art\u00edculo 195 de la Carta Magna que dispone la elaboraci\u00f3n y aprobaci\u00f3n por el Congreso Nacional de una Ley Org\u00e1nica que regule la vida de la municipalidad dominicana en armon\u00eda con la Constituci\u00f3n de 2010.<\/p>\n<p>Afirm\u00f3 que a esos fines,\u00a0 han decidido declararse en rebeld\u00eda contra este fallo \u00a0y recurrir a todos los mun\u00edcipes que
