Aqu\u00ed d\u00e1ndole los \u00faltimos toques\u201d, fue el mensaje publicado en @felixportes.<\/p>\n<p>El documento va dirigido a los jueces que componen la C\u00e1mara Penal de la Corte de Apelaci\u00f3n del departamento judicial de Santiago.<\/p>\n<p>En respuesta a un tuitero que le sugiere pactar un acuerdo parcial para conseguir una condena de 5 a\u00f1os de presi\u00f3n y posterior libertad condicional, Portes asegura que est\u00e1 buscando que se fije una fianza, \u201c ya que otros m\u00e1s graves la han dado\u201d y que lo primero debe ser su libertad de su defendida y luego ver el fondo del asunto.<\/p>\n<p>En mensajes subsiguientes, Portes destaca que dice la ley que \u00abLa prisi\u00f3n preventiva s\u00f3lo es aplicable cuando no pueda evitarse razonablemente la fuga del imputado.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Detalla que en el caso de Martha Heredia hay razones evidentes que evitan su fuga, tales como domicilio conocido, arraigo familiar, social, laboral y su notoriedad.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSu notoriedad p\u00fablica SOLA hace IMPOSIBLE que MH pueda sustraerse del proceso por lo que procede otra medida como fianza e impedimento\u201d, agreg\u00f3 el abogado.<\/p>\n<p>Via <a href=\"http:\/\/listindiario.com\/entretenimiento\/2013\/3\/13\/269356\/Abogado-dice-que-sometera-hoyrecurso-de-apelacion-para-cantante-Martha\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Listin Diario<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dios mediante, hoy depositaremos el recurso de apelaci\u00f3n de MH (Martha Heredia).
