a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n en contra de un hombre que fue hallado culpable de un homicidio, ocurrido en el a\u00f1o 2013, en un taller de veh\u00edculos localizado en la carretera <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/higuey.info\/news\/category\/higuey\/mi-comunidad\/beron\/\">Ver\u00f3n<\/a><\/strong>&#8211;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/higuey.info\/news\/category\/higuey\/mi-comunidad\/punta-cana\/\">Punta Cana<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>[&#8212;]La condena fue dictada por el Tribunal Colegiado de La Altagracia en contra del imputado <strong>Leonel Adames<\/strong>, quien fue acusado de haberle provocado la muerte a <strong>Rafael Brito P\u00e9rez<\/strong> en momentos en que la v\u00edctima arreglaba su veh\u00edculo en el indicado centro de servicios.<\/p>\n<p>El hecho ocurri\u00f3 alrededor de las 6:00 de la tarde del 10 de septiembre del 2013, cuando el imputado viajaba a bordo del carro marca <strong>Honda Civic<\/strong>, color negro, placa No.<strong> A439597<\/strong>, y se detuvo en el referido lugar, emprendi\u00e9ndola a tiros en contra de Brito P\u00e9rez.<\/p>\n<p>El Instituto Nacional de Ciencias Forenses (INACIF) estableci\u00f3 que la v\u00edctima falleci\u00f3 por heridas en el hemitorax y mand\u00edbula izquierda, provocada con una pistola marca <strong>BRWNING<\/strong>, calibre 9mm, No. <strong>245NX77968<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La Procuradur\u00eda Fiscal de La Altagracia, que dirige el magistrado <strong>Edwin Encarnaci\u00f3n Medina<\/strong>, estuvo representada durante el desarrollo del juicio por el procurador fiscal <strong>Jorge Rond\u00f3n<\/strong>, quien present\u00f3 diferentes medios de prueba con los cuales qued\u00f3 demostrada la comisi\u00f3n del hecho.<\/p>\n<p>Por disposici\u00f3n del tribunal, que estuvo presidido por la jueza <strong>Sagrario del Rosario Castillo<\/strong>, la pena deber\u00e1 ser cumplida en el Centro de Correcci\u00f3n y Rehabilitaci\u00f3n <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/higuey.info\/news\/category\/higuey\/mi-comunidad\/anamuya\/\">Anamuya<\/a><\/strong>, de
