Six months of preventive detention to one of two men accused of killing Turkish citizen in Samaná

SAMANA, Dominican Republic.- The Permanent Attention Office of Samaná imposed six months of preventive detention, as a measure of coercion, against an individual of two accused of stabbing a Turkish citizen in the municipality of Las Terrenas during an assault.

According to correspondent Freddy Aquino, the measure was imposed on Nelson Rodríguez Almonte aka 20-year-old Chivo, who allegedly, together with a minor, killed Alper Baycin, 24, to steal a backpack containing a cell phone.

The name of the other accused, is omitted for legal reasons, because he is fifteen years old, who is detained under investigation.
