According to the DNCD, his arrest is due to the fact that the Dominican Supreme Court of Justice issued an order in response to a request that requires him to be tried before the High Court of Paris, the French capital.
Philipe Moulis is being requested in extradition to answer for several crimes, including organized bandit swindling, aggravated money laundering, identity theft and association of criminals, according to the indictment. [—]
